Terms & Conditions

 ❖ All payments must be made at the time orders are received.

❖ We contact all of the companies we use periodically throughout the year to ensure their ingredients are safe to use for peanut and tree nut allergies. Although we verify their process, we cannot guarantee that their manufacturing process will not change at any time. We do our very best to stay up to date with their processes but we cannot be held accountable or liable if anything changes at any time without our knowledge.

❖ All orders placed for shipping will ship out Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Due to the freshness of our baked goods, we choose to ship on these days so that your packages do not sit extra days in a warehouse. 

❖ For special custom orders that exceeds $500, you must pay a deposit of 50% that is non refundable. This deposit will secure your order/date/time. This deposit is due at the time your order is placed. If it is not received within 24 hours of your order, your order will be cancelled. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the order is set for pick up.

❖ Special Orders will require a separate invoice. On all custom orders, We must receive the balance by the due date indicated on the invoice or contract is null and void, and deposit will not be refunded.

❖ The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style, or flavors of the cake.  Any changes requested after this date cannot be made.

❖If you have a specific request of a cake, style, design or colors, please keep in mind that we do not duplicate any other artists work & we do not guarantee an exact match. We use any pictures you share solely for inspiration. 

❖ Rush orders for special events made within 2-3 weeks from an event will have a $25 fee added to your order total.

 ❖ Delivery and setup fees are included in the total invoice.

❖ We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete.  You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s).  Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 70 degrees or below.

❖ If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves.

❖ On occasion, we will photograph our cakes, and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

Local delivery and set up is $50.  Outside of the 10-mile radius, we can deliver and set up for a fee of $0.75 per mile round trip.  It is your responsibility to ensure that the event location is open and available for set up at the appointed time.  Should we have to wait at the site for the event location to be opened, you will be billed for the time at a rate of $25 per 15 minutes that must be paid before the setup of your cake.

❖ Our cakes will have support down the middle. Your cake may also have flowers, ribbon or decorative toppers. Please remove before cutting.

❖ Please keep in mind that our products may contain/come in contact with eggs, milk, wheat, soy and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
