Custom Inquiry

We would love to be a part of your special day. Please read the questions carefully and answer them completely. Incomplete answers will make it harder to gather the detailed information necessary for your custom order. This will require more information and will take longer to reach a specific quote for your event.

After you fill out this order request, we will contact you to go over details and availability before the order is completed. Please be sure to check your email (including the spam folder) for a response.

Please note, payment for invoices must be completed upon receipt of invoice to complete the order. If you do not respond within that timeframe, your invoice will be cancelled, and I cannot guarantee your date/time will be available.

Rush orders (within 2 weeks) will have a $25 fee added to your total.

**Please keep in mind we do not make character cakes or deliver to hotels/resorts**

Pick up/Drop off options will be discussed at the time your order is confirmed.

No refunds are given under any circumstances, even in the event of a cancellation. Your payment can be transferred to another date of your choice (if available), unless the order is cancelled on my behalf. If you have to change the date of your event, it must be done no later than 2 weeks from the original date and is subject to my availability.
